We have a very special deal with almost all of our customers. This enables us to communicate and work with each other on a collegial eye level. True, our customers could shamelessly exploit this agreement if they wanted to. But they don’t. At least not that often. Because a gentlemen’s agreement – and that’s what this kind of coöperation is – works when there are decent people on both sides of the table.
